From Perpignan

If travelling south from Perpignan you should join the A9 motorway and exit at Le Bolou. Follow signs for Ceret. Once approaching Ceret follow signs for Amelie le Bains and Arles sur Tech. Pass through these towns and after the Tech village, take a left over the River Tech onto the D33 sign posted for St Laurent de Cerdans and Coustouge. Drive up this road for 12Km and pass through St Laurent de Cerdans. At the far side of the village you will pass over two bridges and see the sign post for Domaine de Falgos Golf Resort. Continue on for 200m until you see a deer sign and the sign for La Farga on the right. Turn down the slip road on the right hand side of the road and drive over the bridge.

From Barcelona and Girona

If driving North from Barcelona or Girona, exit the A7 at Junction 3 and join the N10 taking the sign post for Perpignan/La Jonquera. Follow this road for 3Km until your pass a large ceramics shop on the right and take the next turning left onto the D33 signposted for Darnius and Coustouge. Follow this road for 30km through Darnius, Macanet de Cabrenys, Tapis, crossing the mountain border and passing though Coustouge. After 3 km you will see the sign for La Farga de Dalt on the left hand side. Cross over into the entry slip road and drive over the bridge. The French and Spanish Catalan region is now served by the TGV/AVE fast trains, which reach from Paris down to Barcelona via Perpignan, Figueres and Girona and provides a pleasant, non-driving alternative travel option. The nearest train station in France is Perpignan with bus connections to St Laurent de Cerdans. In Spain the nearest station is either Figueres Villafont for the fast AVE/TGV or Figueres Central for the slower regional trains from Girona and Barcelona.
